I received a very interesting question from my colleague. Should you indicate “kisadózó” on the receipt?
In taxation there is no easy question. We always have to check the rules and the specific criteria when we need to include “kisadózó” on accounting documents.
According to the rule small taxpayers have to issue invoices as any other entrepreneurs. On this invoice “kisadózó” expression has to be indicated.
It is not clearly stated in the law that this information should be on other accounting documents.
The conclusion is that on the cash-register receipt, “kisadózó” should not be indicated.
